Fontana de Trevi
They say that if you throw a coin in Fontana de Trevi, you will return to Rome. I did it the first time, this night, in 1999, and found myself back there again in 2003.
I wonder what happens if you make out there?
I forgot ALL about this picture. It's grainy and contrasty and probably wouldn't have printed well. 99% of the pix I found during this archaeology project's first day today were familiar. This one was a complete surprise, and a happy one at that.
At any rate, a soupcon of romance, lost and found. Click the pic to enter this, my second of two Flickr accounts, and see more of what I uploaded today. The work is mostly from my college days and first year at Iowa, 1998-2001.
